How to make a refund

  1. Contact us at the email atencion.cliente@oroley.com and we will collect your package in the place and on the date you indicate. The schedule may vary, since it depends on our logistics operator.
  2. We will proceed to verify the returned products in our facilities, and then the amount will be returned. The refund will be made to the same payment method used when ordered. You will be able to verify it in a delay of 5 business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded in case you paid them.

Important information

The product must be in the same shape in which you received it, including the original packaging and label and in the same or similar box. At the arrival of products in our warehouse, we will verify the items and proceed to make the refund.

Collection costs are covered by OROLEY.

If the purchase included a promotional code, the proportional part of the total amount spent after exchanging the coupon will be returned.
We do not make changes. In case you want to change your product, it will be necessary to request its collection and proceed to buy the desired product.

Shipment method and costs

Your product will be sent within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipment is free for orders € 20 and above. For orders below this price, a € 4 cost will be charged.

In case you are not at home at the delivery of the product, the carrier will leave a notice. A second attempt will be made the next business day. If both the first and the second delivery attempts do not succeed, our carrier will set two new options for a delivery date:

  1. New date and delivery address.
  2. The closest point of collection will be indicated.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to make deliveries on holidays. In this case, please wait for the next business day.

We deliver throughout the peninsula and Balearic Islands. There are no shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
